I was a little scared of this ride.  It is my first power zone ride with my new numbers from yesterday's FTP test and my new numbers are much higher!  I guess I've been slacking with my power zone numbers for the last few weeks.  

Also, my legs were destroyed yesterday from the FTP test.  Walking up and down stairs I was super sluggish with no pep in my step.  I ate kale, took vitamins, slept extra long, foam rolled... pretty much everything I know to do to speed recovery.  

It must have worked because my legs were fresh enough to pull off this ride just fine.  I hit all of my zone with no problems.
