The day got away from me.  It was a good day, a full day, but it was 9:30pm and I needed to get some kind of ride in. I find the 20 min rides are good for that.  I was looking for something a little lower intensity since I killed it yesterday and plan to really put work in tomorrow morning on the bike.  

This ride honestly confused me.  It wasn't much of an endurance level ride.  I kept my heart rate in zone 2, but it definitely didn't seem like Christine was doing the same.  But, she played lots of her power songs and mentioned racing a lot since she's a Masters competitive cyclist.  So it was fun, but I had to modify it to be endurance.
