Day Seventy-two: Alex T's 20 min Climb Ride 10.7.17
I was so sore from my yoga class yesterday. I got on the bike and decided to just put in a quick little effort. Make no mistake this class was tough even if it was tiny. These 20 minute classes are so effective. I jump my heart rate up into some intervals, work on some power and strength and then cool it down. Even Alex said during this ride how much he enjoys how effective and short these 20 minute classes are. The music was on point. Alex was having a good time. Good class all around.
