Oh man, this was a hard ride. When Matt explained at the warm-up that we'd be in zone four for 12 minutes. I thought, do I really have this in me.  But, I did.  It was tough, the last intervals in zones five and six were particularly lung-splitting, but it all happened.

I got off the bike a bit wobbly, but hopefully, on the path to some stronger numbers.  

The music was also intense in an alternative rock kind of way, which I got into.
