Day Seventy-seven: Ally Love's 45 min Intervals Class 10.22.17
My legs were toast from my power zone workout last night.
But it was a pleasure to get a pep talk from Ally as she coached us through 18 mighty hard intervals ranging from two minutes to 15 secs. There was a few ten+ minute climbs. There was a lot of "Can you handle this? Yes OR... Yes!" no options/no excuses talk.
The arm segment was three minutes and both weights were in one hand the whole time.
It was tough, but mainly it was fun. It wasn't anywhere near a PR, but it was the best I could do considering. And it was fun! She played Eminem for the final push and the studio busted out in cheers.
