I really needed a recovery ride today!  So I took that.  Ally was cueing people through a few speed intervals and climbs and I sort-a participated, but really just focused on getting the circulation in my legs flowing.  I'm really still recovering from that FTP test Saturday.  I can tell because my sleep is disrupted which is very unusual for me.  

Ally is a great ride to take for recovery--she focuses on having fun and feeling the music, just what I needed today.  I took this ride as an encore.  There were only a few dozen people on the leaderboard--two from my #5:15 tribe.  One of these days, I'm going to be motivated to kill it in a 5am encore ride and get to the top of the leaderboard for novelty's sake, but this morning was not that morning.
