Day Eighty-five: Christine's 20 min HIIT 10.28.17

I great, very tough class.  Four intervals: 2 min, 2 min, 1 min, 1 min.  I hit over 200, then over 240 in output for these intervals, I was gasping!  But, the recoveries were adequate.  A very time-efficient workout.  Christine is an extreme interval junkie, so this class style is a good fit for her.
