Day Sixty-three: Emma Lovewell's 20 min Low Impact 9.22.17
Needed just a quick recovery ride to get the circulation flowing and help me recovery.
Although yesterday's ride was a 60 minute endurance ride, I got a little overall excited, out of my endurance range because I was in the studio. Read about my studio visit here. So I needed a bit of a recovery and Emma delivered. Lots of low key music. Lots of reminders to pull back. Championed the value of not always going hard. Thanks Emma!
