Day Ninety-eight: Matt Wilpers' 20 min 80s Ride 11.11.17
I woke up with a cold. The first sign that I probably shouldn't be working out in the last 98 days of the streak. But, I told myself to just take a pocket-sized class and take it easy. This is exactly what I did with Matt here. I was totally into the music--lots of 80s Rock a la The Police. The arm-up was 12 minutes and the intervals were 7 minutes. Who couldn't do this? Even with a constant nasal drip I pulled it off. Thanks Matt!
