Day One Hundred!!! Jennifer Jacob's 45 min Intervals Ride 11.14.17

Well, I made it and this was a hell of a capstone ride.  There were crazy intense intervals 3 min, 5 min, 5 min, 4 min, 3 min.  JJ was calling out crazy power numbers 200-230.  I stuck in the 180 zone mostly, but pushed the last minute of each until my heart rate was in my top zone.  All of this with a head cold.  But, the music was intense as well.  Those tunes plus JJ's high wattage smile are what carried me through.  

So the hundred days are done... what now?  Well, tomorrow for the first time in a hundred days, I will not be exercising.  A full rest day.  I won't be waking up early to ride or wondering when I'm going to squeeze it in.  

Ultimately, this hundred day streak taught me a lot about the bike, about the communities that ride it, and about the insane variety of ways this bike can be used to increase fitness.  I have no regrets about adding this into my life.  

From here on out, I'd like to do 3-4 rides a week.  Add in more weights.  Add in some martial arts classes.  It is time to diversify, but now I know... there are no excuses.  A workout is only a room away and can take as little as 20 minutes.  Plus, I always feel good after.
