Day Ninety: Matt Wilper's 45 min Power Zone Class 8.30.17
This was one of the hardest classes I've taken at Peloton. The intervals were long and the zones high. I was huffing and puffing the whole time, except for the end of the recoveries. The last two intervals, I had to go down a zone.
I did a boxing class today, so maybe that is part of it. But, even Matt at the end was like, what got into me when I created this workout?
On another note... I only have ten days left !? in my one hundred day streak!
