Day Ninety-four: Alex T.'s 30 min intervals and arms 10.25.17

A great ride with Alex.  He was in a good mood, kept it interesting. 
There were two arm sets: one, 4.5 minutes on the shoulders and back. two, three minutes on the biceps and triceps.  In between speed intervals, climb intervals.  The longest interval was only a minute though so the time FLEW!
