Hi.

Welcome to my streak.  One hundred days of straight Peloton.

Day Seventeen: Christine D'Ercole 30 min Low Impact 8.9.17

Day Seventeen: Christine D'Ercole 30 min Low Impact 8.9.17

Sometimes it gets to be 8pm and you still haven't ridden.  Maybe you slept in.  Maybe you had a full day.  Maybe you are just then getting home and you had two margaritas at happy hour... what, who you looking at?

So you hop on the bike because you are on a streak and you cannot break it.  You choose low impact ride, 30 minutes... who doesn't have 30 minutes for an easy ride?

Christine did a great job of breaking up the time with slight variations in cadence and resistance... sometimes these recovery rides can lose interest because you aren't killing yourself for an interval, but Christine did a great job of changing it up very often so that we always had something to do... some slight thing to focus on or change, 4 more on the resistance or 10 more rpm on the cadence.

She smiled like we were in on some prank together.  It was a great way to end the day.  Now, I'm going to crawl out of my home gym and into bed.
