Hi.

Welcome to my streak.  One hundred days of straight Peloton.

Day Forty-one: Cody's 30 minute Climb Ride 9.12.17

Day Forty-one: Cody's 30 minute Climb Ride 9.12.17

One of the best rides I've done by Cody.  The music was spot on with the intervals.  The climbing was difficult enough that I spent a significant amount of time in my highest heart rate zone.

Today I was reminded of how helpful it is to have this bike right in the middle of my apartment.  I had an overnight guest and while she was in the shower and getting ready, I just popped on the bike for thirty minutes.  Any of the excuses I might have had in the past to skip a workout-- having house guests, or not making it to a class in time or not being able to fit it in to my schedule-- just do not apply in the Peloton world.  I can always squeeze something in.

It helps that I do not have much of an all-or-nothing mentality.  Twenty minutes is good enough for me.  Every ride is a win.  On the weekends I typically try to do longer rides since I tend to have more time, but if I can't get in a longer ride, I can get something in by just walking into the room next door  and putting on some shorts and a sports bra, letting the instructor and the music carry me... Why wouldn't I just do that?  There are NO excuses.
