Hi.

Welcome to my streak.  One hundred days of straight Peloton.

Day Forty-five: Christine's 45 min HRZ Endurance 9.19.17

I great class with my #5:15tribe Facebook group.  We usually meet on the bike and filter the leaderboard by people we follow so it appears that we are riding together... which we are!  The leaderboard has been a bit wonky for a week or so and we've been complaining.  Today it seems like the fixed it!  Way to go Peloton!

Christine's class was full of music I've never heard and holding back to stay in Heart Rate Zone Two.  Maybe because I just did a class last night after work, but it took a while before I should push much output.  But once I was warmed up, I was good to go.

I never start a ride and don't finish it, so once I'm on the bike, no matter how tired my legs are, SOMETHING is going to happen.  I think this is because once you log into a bike, it counts as part of your number of rides, even if you don't finish it and I don't like the idea that something in that count isn't legit.  You can delete rides, which I've done when I've started a ride to show friends how the bike works.  But, I don't think I'd feel good about myself if I deleted a ride because I bailed early due to fatigue.

So once I hit that start button, I'm in.
