Day Forty-seven: Ally Love's 30 min low impact 9.21.17
ran around Edinburgh trying to find a space with some sort of bike and functional wifi to use the app. Finally, third hotel, a Hilton agreed to comp me a day pass... success. Not a spin. Ike but a super padded upright cardio machine bike. Works for me, I chose low impact because it required no out of saddle time and I figure I could pull it off in the combo Lay-z-boy/bike. At least it wasn't a recumbent. This time my heart rate reaches the normal zone, zone four or five!
Also my jet lag felt much much better!
