got into actual gym on a day pass to Edinburgh's Pure Gym in Quartermile.  The rhythm ride was a good choice because of its focus on cadence which was the only metric the gym bike gave me. Some of Denis' cueing in so spot on that I found myself improving my form--the instruction to think of your hip movement as an infinity symbol swish over the nose of the saddle was new to me and spot on.
