Hi.

Welcome to my streak.  One hundred days of straight Peloton.

Day Fifty-two: Jenn Sherman's 45 min Low Impact Ride 9.17.17

Day Fifty-two: Jenn Sherman's 45 min Low Impact Ride 9.17.17

This was a Sunday class with Sherman, the reigning queen of home rider invasions.  The front row was full of folks with matching T-shirts, lots and lots of shout-outs and moments with Jenn talking about how this bike is more than just a bike.

Even though this ride was low impact (so no high intensity intervals or out of the saddle) it was built to be a little tough.  The resistance didn't go above 50, the cadence regularly went to 95-100.  I was looking for more of an endurance ride because I've been going hard on the last couple of rides and needed to mix it up.

The arm section was super comprehensive with lots of fast reps for lots of muscle groups.
