Day Fifty-three: George Hincapie's 45 min Pro Ride 11.29.17
My first pro ride! Led by Tour de France and Olympic Champ, George Hincapie. Our own Peloton cycling geek--Matt Wilpers was in the front row.
This workout went by in a flash! Two different kinds of intervals. 6 minute climbs and 20 secs all out-40 secs recovery intervals. Even without the flash of the music being perfectly timed and the greater variety we often see in our average Peloton class, I had a great time. I was super surprised by how fast the class went!
