Day Fifty-four: Hannah Marie Corbin's 20 min Soul Ride 6.29.17
I needed a bit of a recovery ride after yesterday's big pushes with the pro cyclist ride. This was a fun ride that encouraged me to get the blood flowing in my legs, but didn't put me in any super-intense pushes.
The music was great, the variety of intervals made the time fly. If you are looking for a fun ride to warm-up before you lift weights or a nice recovery ride to get the circulation flowing to allow those legs to heal and grow stronger before you are at it again, I'd suggest this one. HMC gives you wide ranges on cadence and forgiving resistance levels.
