Matt WIlpers is a true cycling/triathlon geek.  I love the power zone training because I come from the world of triathlon, but I could see how others don't like the scientific approach to training.  This ride--like all Power Zone rides--is about hitting the output numbers.  Matt served as all-request-hour DJ due to all of the songs being requested on his peloton fb page.  Alternately, he geeked out about the power numbers that the riders in the tour d'france were pushing up the hills of the Alps.  

I was on this ride with my 5:15 am tribe.  It is good to see those folks on the leaderboard.
