Hi.

Welcome to my streak.  One hundred days of straight Peloton.

Day Thirty-one: Alex's 45 min 90s ride from 8.31.17

Day Thirty-one: Alex's 45 min 90s ride from 8.31.17

Today's ride marks the over one third mark for my streak!  Yay!

I woke up early and took Alex T's ride with the #5:15 Tribe FB group that I belong to.  (This group befriends or follows each other on Peloton, chooses certain rides for the week and agrees to meet on the bike together at 5:15AM.)

At the beginning of the ride, my legs were tired, tired, tired.  But, this is the great thing about the bike.  Any ride is a win.  I just do what I can.  Towards the end I was picking it up.  Alex provided a nice structured ride with a great early pop 90s hit as the last song and some speed work.  By the time I wrapped up, I felt like I was ready to speed through the day.  Who could resist with Alex's good morning-I-love-my-job kind of vibe.  I love my job too Alex, but I'm glad you say it out loud to us.  It is great to be part of your joy.  I need to tell my students I love my job more often too.

By the way, there's a 4 and half minute arm segment.  But, it had a lot of variety and I didn't mind as much as I normally do.
